To All Fall Creek RV Estates Owners

RE: City of Branson Spring Clean up Day 2024

The City of Branson just announced the annual City wide Spring clean up day will begin the week of April 8th.  They will be in our HOA (Ward 3) on Friday April 12th to pick up all your cleanup items.  These items include: furniture, mattresses, old grills, old lawn furniture, scrap lumber and all other items you can’t ordinarily fit in your trash containers  Remember, NO tires, electronics, bagged leaves, batteries or paint and stains are allowed.  This could take 4 days to accomplish.

Brush and limbs will be picked up on those days as well.  Please place trash items on one side of your driveway and brush and limbs on the opposite side of your driveway.  We would hope that all of our owners participate in this valuable FREE service to clean up our HOA and keep it looking immaculate.  Please read the attached City Flyer to be sure

It is also the time of the year to make sure your lawn service arrangements are in place.  If you have not already contacted your lawn service to update your 2024 needs, please make that call soon.  We know that our contracted lawn service 4-Seasons Landscaping asks all their customers to call and re-up.  They do not automatically resume the service due to ownership turnover.  So if you haven’t called them yet, you may call 417-699-4868.  We had to contact some owners last season to tell them the weeds blasted through their rock lawns and took over.  So you may want to contact any service to make sure your lots are sprayed for weeds.

We will also be conducting our annual sprucing up of the addresses painted on your driveways this spring.  About 4 years ago, with permission from the City of Branson, we provided this free service to all owners by painting address numbers on the City right of way of your lots at the end of your driveways.  This has been a very positive project and well lauded by all of our service providers, emergency responders and delivery companies.  This project has no dates set but will be ongoing over the next couple of months.
